Cost Per Session
Cost per session is determined during the intake. Fees may be paid per session, per month, or per semester.
Every client has several payment options to choose from. Since we know this may be a large out-of-pocket expense, we highly suggest looking into a Health Savings Plan which can often be the most affordable and flexible option. Sign up for updates and we’ll be the first to let you know if there is any forward movement regarding teletherapy and telecoaching and insurance coverage.
We accept all major credit cards, and you can provide your information to us in one of our secure intake forms.

We anticipate that insurance companies will come on board to reimburse for online mental health services in the coming years. In the interim, we recognize the challenge of these fees and do not want to turn folks away due to financial restrictions.
We can accept checks or money orders on a case-by-case basis.
Health Savings/Flexible Spending Accounts
Many families we serve have Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We provide an itemized receipt Most employees honor the receipts as our support falls under mental health services.
If you do not show up for your scheduled Simple Practice appointment and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
