Jodi Gonzalez

Coach

Jodi Gonzalez is a certified Life, Mindset, and Career Coach who works closely with Gen Z students and young adults as they navigate the pressure, uncertainty, and major transitions that come with this stage of life. She helps clients build real confidence and self-trust, manage stress and high expectations, and get clearer on who they are and where they’re headed — whether that’s moving from high school to college, college to career, or figuring out what the “right path” even means for them. Jodi creates a supportive, safe space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they’re struggling with, while also helping them identify and work through the internal blocks, self-doubt, or pressure patterns that may be holding them back.

Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University, and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). With her background in business and brand strategy, she naturally blends mindset work with practical, real-world guidance. In her work, she balances empathy with clear, forward movement — helping young people step into their strengths, communicate their value, and build resilience that lasts beyond any single season, semester, or job search. Her work is grounded in the belief that when young people understand themselves, develop a healthy relationship with achievement, and learn how to navigate pressure and uncertainty, they don’t just perform better — they feel more in control of their lives.
